OpenExpert gives you AI Experts with their own data context, a tool-using chat, and human-approved actions — with no cloud, no accounts and no database server. Just SQLite and your own model.

What it does

Experts with per-domain isolation: an Expert only sees the data it is allowed to see.
Chat with real data through tools that query your local database and, optionally, the files and pages you connect (Google Drive, local folders and Notion).
Human-approved actions: the assistant proposes, you approve. Nothing changes until you say so.
Governance: an activity log of every relevant event, with revert for revertible changes.

Google Drive access

If you choose to connect Google Drive, OpenExpert requests only the drive.file scope — a non-sensitive permission that grants access to the specific files you select with the Google Picker. It cannot read the rest of your Drive. Every write is proposed by the assistant and requires your approval.

The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
